Sending your Watch for a Service

Please follow these steps to send your watch to the Accurist Service Centre:

  • Pack the watch well in a padded envelope
  • Enclose with the watch:
    • a covering note detailing your contact details and your service requirements
    • your guarantee (if applicable)
    • a £10 cheque made payable to ‘Time Products (UK) Ltd’ to cover handling costs
  • Send the watch to the following address (we recommend using recorded or special delivery)
