Christmas Returns

To make Christmas gift buying easier, Accurist are please to extend our returns policy until 31st January 2014 for items bought as a Christmas gift. 

Returns Policy 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item within 28 days of delivery* for a full refund. 

Please return items in original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery*. 

Return the goods by post quoting your order number and reason for return to — Accurist Watches, PO Box 50783, London NW6 9BS. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge), and we suggest you return goods by Royal Mail Registered Delivery. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. If you post the item to us we will endeavour to refund your payment, within 14 days. 

*or by 31st January 2014 for items bought from 1st October 2013 as a Christmas Gift

If my watch is faulty what should I do?

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team at service@accurist.co.uk or call (020) 7447-3945 for help.

Will I be charged VAT?

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.

What if I am resident in the Channel Islands?

Products shipped to the Channel Islands are not charged VAT. This is because the Channel Islands aren't part of the EC VAT territory. Channel Island residents shipping products to mainland addresses will be charged VAT.

How long will it take to ship my watch?

For Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver within 3 working days to UK addresses providing the goods are in stock. Please allow 2 extra working days where Bank Holidays occur.

We endeavour to deliver Express Deliveries next day to UK addresses providing the goods are in stock**.

**Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders must be placed by 2pm Friday for Saturday delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Delivery is free of charge to UK addresses for up to 2 watches,  Express delivery is £7.50 (for up to 2 watches)

International delivery to countries in Europe costs £15.00 and delivery to countries outside of Europe costs £21.50

Do we ship outside the UK?

Yes, International delivery to countries in Europe costs £15.00 and delivery to countries outside of Europe costs £21.50

Can we advise you when out of stock items are back in stock?

Our stocks change daily and as our system is live we are unable to advise when specific styles/colours become available – we advise to continue checking the site.
