  • Accurist Sponsors 'OffBeat Live', The Shoreditch Fashion Show 2013

    May 14, 2013

Spring/Summer 2013 saw the launch of the Accurist Vintage collection. These watches  were designed with a take on a modern vision of heritage by combining the first ‘Accurist’ logo used in 1946 on a classic Bombay dial, with a canvas nato strap in varying colours. These exclusive watches are fitted with quality Japanese movements, crafted with stainless steel cases and have an engraved caseback.

In line with the launch of Accurist Vintage, proudly sponsored The Shoreditch Fashion Show 2013 held on Saturday 27th April. In association with the Vivid Fashion Group and Made in Shoreditch, OffBeat presented 'OffBeat Live', which welcomed over 1200 of the capitals' fashionistas, high-calibre brands and hipsters.  The event took place in trendy and up-coming East London at the Hoxton Docks where we saw a festival of fashion, live music and pop-ups. Independent, young and emerging designers including Obscure Couture, Lily Stodel and Runaway88; showcased their creativity taking the Shoreditch style from street to catwalk during the fashion show. We saw some of the 'best of British' collaborations from the world's top fashion colleges.

The event itself was fantastic with an array of performances from artists such as Rufio Summers, Deaf Havana, The Thirst and many more.  With celebrity partners Oliver Proudlock (star of E4's Made in Chelsea and founder of fashion brand Serge de Nimes), Mischa Barton (Hollywood star and international style icon) and Eliza Doolittle (indie, pop sensation), the event without doubt attracted and engaged interest!

Here are some snap shots of the event! Oliver Proudlock and Rufio Summers looked great wearing their Accurist Vintage watches.

The first was that we needed to align our brand into a form that was instantly recognisable, demonstrated the brand values and key message as consistently as possible - this is now a well underway with our newly appointed creative agency and marketing team"
